The mere fact that all members of the foundation Board of Trustees are subscribed, as are all or nearly all Wikimedia stewards, certainly makes the mentioned “list” a respectable authority among the Russian educational community. Could the communal consensus (and, preferably with direct participation of the Board) decide on this new proposal of mine: to translate the ads in question into the Chinese language?
