But Wikimedia has already (and without approval of Russian Wikibooks’ authors) exercised its ability to put full-width ads at the top of every page of every Wikibook, ''in languages that the visitors of '''Russian''' Wikibooks may not understand''. Okay, I suppose that was also imposed by the owner of the website. But as of the two little banners ''at the bottom of the page'', they do not seem compulsory or important to me, since they only show in the standard Monobook skin.
